I spoke to one of the advisors and the lady on the phone apologised and immediately said another pair of shoes will be sent out and I should received them within the next 2-3 days. My return label will be arriving via post which I was very impressed with. I found the aftersales team very helpful. I have never had such a pleasant aftersales experience.
Well done schuh I will definitely be purchasing again.
